Jeziorowski, Tadeusz Zygmunt, born 15-11-1908 in Gostomi Poland the son of Roman Jeziorowski and Jadwiga, born Kołanowska, Jeziorowski. On 18–19 August 1920, during the Polish-Bolshevik War, as an eleven-year-old student of the Małachów Junior High School, Tadeusz took part in the defense of Płock. He was assigned to the sanitary and ammunition post and during the heat of the battle he delivered ammunition to the barricades  On Sunday, 10-04-1921, the Polish statesman who served as the Chief of State, Józef Piłsudski

awarded him the Cross of Valor in Płock. Tadeusz. then continued his education in the Cadet Corps No. 2 in Modlin, and finished in the Cadet Corps No. 1 in Lviv. There he passed his high school final exams in 1929. Justification for the Cross of Valor personally presented by Józef Piłsudski : …when the defense of the barricade at the post office was defeated and the wounded soldiers left the barricade, leaving behind a machine gun. Volunteer Tadeusz Jeziorowski abducted the said gun and carried it away. Driven by mounted Bolsheviks, he covered it with his body at the last moment.

In 1929–1931 Tadeusz was a student of the Aviation Cadet School in Dęblin, from which he graduated with the 38th place. On 15-08-1931, the President of the Republic of Poland,  Ignacy Mościcki, appointed him a second lieutenant, and the Minister of Military Affairs, Pilsudski, assigned him to the 3rd Air Regiment in Poznań. In 1934 Tadeusz completed a pilot’s course and then a higher pilot’s course at the Aviation School of Shooting and Bombing in Grudziądz, where he received the qualifications of a fighter pilot. He was promoted to the rank of lieutenant with seniority on 01-01-1936 and 11th place in the aviation officer corps (from 1937 aviation officer corps, line group). On 15-09-1937, he took command of the 133rd Fighter Squadron , which was disbanded in October. He then became the first commander of the 161st Fighter Squadron in Lviv . On 31-12-1938, he was appointed tactical officer of the 3rd Fighter Squadron in the 6th Air Regiment. In this position, he fought in the September Campaign .

Tadeusz died on 04-09-1939, age 30, in an air battle over the squadron’s field airport in Widzew-Ksawerów (shot down during takeoff from the airport). He was buried first in a fieldgrave, but reburied at the Doły Cemetery in Łódź  Primary school No. 1 in Płock is named after him and his brothers. in 2021 his biography was published as part of the series “Heroes of Independence”.On 31-03-2022, the Płock City Council unanimously appointed Tadeusz Jeziorowski (the youngest Knight of the Cross of Valor) as the patron of the square in the Międzytorze residential area in the Podolszyce district in Plock
